Almost new Campfire Orion in-ear monitors. I'm the original owner (less than six months), and these include all accessories and packaging (pictured), with one exception. They came with both silicon tips and what Campfire calls "marshmallow" tips, 2 pairs each of small, medium, and large. I used none of the silicon tips, and only one pair of the large marshmallow tips, which I will leave out of the package. In other words, you're getting at least one set of each option that Campfire offers, so you don't have to buy anything extra. You can go to the Campfire site for more information, but the key takeaways are that these have one balanced armature driver per housing, in the vein of Etymotic ER4S, but are MUCH easier to drive than ER4S and sound great out of my iPhone.
