Considered a break-through component in sound verses cost, this is one of the best values in audio DAC, preamp, phono preamp and headphone amp with a tube buffer stage designed by legendary Bascom King. Amazing sound. Beautiful build. It as the X-1 upgrade for USB input.

Rated 7 for minor scrapes and bumps and a missing sleeve on on elf the 2 coax jacks. Faceplate is unblemished. Sonically perfect. I am the second owner. I had to spend 6x this cost to get a worthy upgrade and it took a separate Preamp and DAC to better this sound.
