I have an HRS SXR-1719 frame and M3-1719 isolation base. The feet were sent back and rebuilt to Blue weight range(60-120lbs). This also brought the isolation base up to M3X specifications. There are a few nicks and chips on the frame and base, but they cant be seen from the front or top when the base is on the frame. The isolation base weighs over 40lbs, but I have boxes from other HRS gear I can use to ship them. It may be cost effective to strap them to a pallet and ship via freight.
