MIT represents the gold standard for speaker cables & interconnects. If you’re an audiophile, you already know the name & the reputation their products have. This pair of Terminator 2 made an impressive improvement in clarity & articulation for the front channels of my home theater system.
I am the 2ndowner – purchased them on Audiogon in January 2012. This is an 8ft pair and it is configured as BiWire on the speaker end. I would conservatively rate these as 7/10 due to their age and gentle signs of wear/tear evident as minor scrapes on the interface boxes. They function & sound flawlessly & phenomenally.
Currently, banana plugs are installed on both amp ends as well as the speaker ends. The connectors are screw fit & can be changed to other connection types, if needed. Included with purchase are 2 pair of large spades & 2 pair of flexible pins. Additional bananas, spades & flex-pins are available via MIT as well as here on Audiogon.
Shipping will be calculated by the Audiogon shipping calculator & I will only charge you that amount, nothing more/nothing less. I will ship either UPS or FedEx, but I prefer UPS. Due to multiple prior negative experiences, I will NOT ship it USPS. If you wish to save on S&H & live in central Arkansas or are willing to drive to here, we could certainly make arrangements to meet so you can pick them up. However, if you win the auction, let me know immediately that you wish to arrange such an exchange so that I do not inadvertently invoice you with S&H included.
