Classe Audio CP-800 Preamplifier - D/A Converter v1.0.6 in near mint condition with all accessories and original box.  Plenty of reviews available for this exceptional audiophile grade piece that will confirm this as a Class A component and arguably the best Preamplifier - D/A converter and DS device made.  Among the many praises I can give this piece, the best value points after the sound quality are that it has a low pass crossover for subs and, with the ethernet upgrade, it is one of the best digital streaming audio devices in the world.  I've owned a Lynn Klymax DS and a PS Audio Perfect Wave DS and I can honestly say this has been the best of the best, for me.  Why am I selling it?  I have always had my audio and Home Theater setups in separate rooms but I now live in a place where I cannot do that.  Given the Classe Audio SSP-800 is close to this in quality and ability, sans streaming audio, I have no need for such a quality piece of equipment just sitting around.  It deserves to be used and appreciated.  John Atkinson provides a great review in Stereophile that can be seen online.  
As you can see from the pics, it is in near mint condition and it is fully functional.  I bought it from a Classe Audio dealer in California and I confirmed that it can be readily upgraded to version 2 (needed for DS ability) at local dealers around the USA; thereby avoiding extra shipping costs.
I am willing to take offers but please no low-balling.  I am offering this at a reasonable price for what it is.  At this time of listing, this is the lowest price available in the USA market.
