Well regarded Musical Fidelity X-DAC v3. This unit comes with the standard MF wall-wart, but with some extras. Included in the price is a MF V-Link Asynchronous 24/96 USB to SPDIF converter along with an Audioquest Cinnamon USB cable (0.75 M) and Audioquest OL-1 Toslink cable (1 M). This is a perfect way to get outstanding sound from a computer (Computer => USB => V-Link => Toslink => DAC), which is how I was using it.
