This is a fully functional,  Sony 4K projector.The theater is in the process of being updated to the newest Sony Laser projector, this one has to come down soon. Comes with remote and power cord. We Do Not Have The Original Box.

The Sony VPL-VW1000ES 4K Home Theater ES Projector delivers 2000 ANSI lumens of brightness with a low noise level of only 22 dB. It features a sharp 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, support for a variety of 3D formats and UltraHD 4K 4096 x 2160 native resolution that translates to four times Full HD 1080p resolution. The projector is powered by three-panel SXRD technology and Motionflow 120 Hz technology. It also features 4K upscaling and 2D to 3D conversion. The projector supports NTSC, PAL and SECAM video systems as well.

The VPL-VW1000ES offers several connectivity options including dual HDMI inputs, a VGA input, a component video input and more. Plus, it can project up to a 30" diagonal image, although 200" is recommended. The projector also provides flexible installation features including vertical and horizontal lens shift, z flexible throw distance and a 2.1x motorized zoom. Other features include a 153 zone panel alignment, multiple picture modes, lens-less anamorphic support via picture position and 3D anamorphic via picture position or an external lens.

4K Native Resolution  The VPL-VW1000ES features the same technology and resolution found in high-end, professional 4K movie theaters. 4K resolution is 4096 x 2160. That's more than four times 1080p resolution. It also supports a 1,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 2000 ANSI lumens of brightness and a wide color gamut. 4K SXRD Panel Technology  The high contrast and reflectivity panels increase the amount of reflected light, which provides a dynamic contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1. Recommended for up to a 200" Screen  Because the VPL-VW1000ES has such high resolution and brightness, you can install a 200" screen and still experience an astonishingly crisp and bright picture in 2D. It supports up to 150" diagonal screen size if you're viewing 3D content. 4K Upscaling Technology  Sony's proprietary Super Resolution algorithm supports 4K upscaling technology. This allows you to watch your favorite HD movies and television shows in 4K Ultra HD resolution. Integrate Into Virtually Any Home Automation System  Seamlessly integrate the VPL-VW1000ES into virtually any major automation system through the bi-directional, industry-standard RS232 or IP connections. It supports integration with Control4 Certified, AMX Device Discovery, Crestron Integrated Partner, Savant Partner in Excellence, RTI and URC as well. Flexible Installation  Installing the VPL-VW1000ES is easy thanks to its motorized 2.1x zoom, motorized vertical/horizontal lens shift and a flexible 1.27-2.73:1 throw ratio for 1.78:1 zoom and 1.68-2.73 throw ratio for 2.35:1 anamorphic zoom using the picture position feature. Preset Modes for Any Environment  By simply choosing the appropriate preset, the VPL-VW1000ES's 2000 ANSI lumens of brightness and color gamut can be adjusted for the ideal picture quality in any environment - whether gaming or watching sports in a lit room, or enjoying movies in a dark theater. Multiple Anamorphic Solutions  While the VPL-VW1000ES is compatible with external anamorphic lens solutions, it also features "picture position" which allows for anamorphic viewing without the need for an external lens. 2D to 3D Conversion  Sony's unique 2D to 3D upconversion algorithm allows high-definition 2D content connected via HDMI to be viewed in immersive Sony 3D. Plus, the VPL-VW1000ES can support 3D, upscaled 4K and anamorphic simultaneously. Whisper-Quiet Fan  Due to the VPL-VW1000ES's advanced air discharge system, you'll forget that the projector is even in the room. Nine Picture Modes  Quickly calibrate your picture to the type of content you're enjoying with nine unique picture modes including a variety of cinema, gaming, photo and user customizable preset modes. Automatic Motorized Lens Protector  The lens cover of the VPL-VW1000ES opens automatically when the projector powers on, then closes when the projector is turned off to prevent dust build-up on the lens. The built in IR transmitter can adequately cover most home theaters. 153 Zone Panel Alignment  This projector's panel alignment ensures a sharp image thanks to 153 zones and 1/10" pixel step increments.
