McIntosh MP100

This is the new MP100 MM/MC Phono Stage.  This Phono Preamp has a list of features that is mind boggling for  the price.  I love having a MONO switch so you don't have to fool with y cables or some other rigged up MONO setup.  Also, having the loading options on the FRONT of the component is huge for me - I will never understand why other manufacturers insist on putting dip switches on the back or bottom of a phono stage (which is probably getting installed in your rack).  Also BALANCED OUTPUTS.  Full digital out if you want to rip (which can conveniently be turned off completely).
I bought this MP100 new about 3 months ago.  It has performed flawlessly in my system using a Dynavector XX-2 MKII on my Clearaudio Performance DC Wood turntable.  Read the reviews.  You get more features for the money, McIntosh performance and it is super quiet.  I kept this in a rack the whole time I had it.  My house is new and is kept spotless.  No-one has ever smoked in my house and my music room is kept cool and closed off from the daily traffic of my house.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
