Thorens TD-160

Just in time for Christmas is a super nice Thorens TD series turn table.  I believe it is a 160 however I am not familiar enough with these to know if it is a 160HD, or even a 166.  It was my fathers table that he had for several years and no longer uses it therefore he has asked me to part with it for him.  The base or plinth of the table looks new with no scratches or marks of any type. The dust cover has some small surface anomolies however I believe they will buff out with no issue, there are no cracks or gouges. The plate has a cork base on it as you can see in the photos however the original rubber matt is in the box and will come with the purchase. I do not have any way to test the audio on it however my father took great care of everything and can assure that it all works as intented.  I did power it up and it turns fine, both speeds work as intended and appears to have a new belt installed on it.  It appears the cartridge is an Ortofon however I do not know if it is a mm or mc.  This will be professionally double boxed in its original box and fully insured.
