Carver TX-11a tuner


Here is a Carver -11a that I’ve had since the late ’80s. This 11a version was a major sonic upgrade to the 11 version. This is the version that gets all the good reviews. Carver also added an AM tuner section to the 11a. This has been my main tuner in a high-end stereo system since I purchased it until about 2 years ago. It has been stored for the last two years. I recently tested every feature and it still works beautifully. It retained the programming for all stations so I thought that was impressive for being stored for 2 years. It is all original, but still brings in stations clearly and sounds great.

Condition
This unit is in very good shape. Everything works. There are dings and smudges here and there – it is definitely used. But it looks better than its age - pretty good for being over 30 years old and used daily during that time.

Shipping
