I have two Aragon 8002 amplifiers. They are both in excellent condition and have few hours on them for amplifiers that I purchased new in 2002. They were used in conjunction with an Aragon Soundstage which is a five channel processor (MSLP $4,000) that was purchased at the same time. The Soundstage works fine except that the remote control is not communicating with the unit. The remote control is an integral part of the system because it is the only way the settings of the processor can be set. I have had the remote control tested and it is transmitting, so it is something wrong with the receiving circuitry inside the unit. If anyone is interested in both Aragon 8002 amplifiers, I would add the Soundstage at no extra charge, only pay the additional shipping.

I had an offer last week from a guy in New Jersey and the FedEx charge was going to be about $58 (the amp weights 43 pounds). The unit looks new and has no scratches or blemishes. I will take extra care in packing to ensure that the unit reaches you the same condition. I do not live in California anymore. Just to be sure, you have two 8002 amps, one has some scratches on the face and the other does not. Is this correct sir?
