Questions for the seller |
---|
Hello,
I see that these cables have a battery pack. Are they operational? I believe that the batteries may be replaced. Thanks for any information, as I may be interested.
Ken Hey Ken,
These cables to have a battery pack. They each come with a black 72v Dielectric-Bias system that helps dissipate additional noise. The batteries in these units still work, and since there is no draw on the battery, they are supposed to last for years before the batteries themselves die to internal leakage. But they are easily replaced for continued use in the event that they do die.
Just to reaffirm, though. These cables are meant to be used with a pair of subs. They only have enough connections to be ran as a left right pair, and shouldn't be used with a single subwoofer. I'm not sure if this was your intent, but wanted to be safe.
Thanks
