Rockna Audio Wavedream DAC Balanced Signature

Up for your consideration is the Rockna Wavedream Signature Balanced DAC in beautiful silver color.  I actually own one of these pieces as it is the best DAC Ive heard to date. I still have not heard in my own rig (the only way I take demo seriously) the 30K level DAC's,  but Ive got a $24K Vermeer 2 and I like Rockna better. Why ? because nothing Ive heard images better. I'm talking about the difference between "sounds great", and "Oh My God , are you kidding me?" , dont even bring up your Shiit, or Dave, or Metrum, or Analog DAC,  Bricasti,or PS Audio because none of those hold a candle to the top of the line Rockna. Normally these are made to order and take 8 weeks. I have personally had all the DAC's listed above plus maybe 6 more, and this DAC continues to beat out anything that comes its way. This DAC competes at $22K and that was its price when I discovered the brand. They decided to cut the dealer margins back in a brilliant move to place it at a very strong value of $15,998. They also listened to the customer base that reported  that along with the world class leading imaging there may be a tendency to sound slightly strident in certain systems, so new for 2019 is the 4.07 Firmware which addresses the "too much of a good thing" from 4.06. This is a full reflash of the FPGA similar to what PS audio does every 6 months. So in other words this firmware update makes this a whole new DAC.  I dont think much more needs to be said other than if you dont jump on my clients temporary insanity regarding this price, you will be faced with having to spend thousands more. This piece was purchased through me a few months back. The client used it for 2 weeks then came across a good deal on a $30K DAC and bought it because it matched his other gear better cosmetically, and second of all the Rockna let him realize he likes a darker sound over one with lucid definition. Its not even broken in and the condition is "as new" yet it is used technically.   I am also an authorized Jeff Rowland dealer along with exclusive North American importer of NAT Audio of Serbia along with several other highly regarded, highly reviewed brands from overseas.  I am an audiophile and music lover first. so Im one of you before I am a dealer, so when I sell to you , I sell to a fellow audiophile and friend.
