An excellent-sounding integrated amp, 150W. Has a built in DAC with inputs for coax, optical, USB and Ethernet. It also has a headphone jack on the front.
Stereophile: "What the Hegel H160 did better than any but the absolute best amps I have heard was to generate correct-feeling tonal and structural balances in every loudspeaker I connected it to."
TAS: "If you're looking for an integrated amplifier that doesn't reside in the Himalayan region of audio pricing, then the Hegel fully deserves an audition. To be sure, tube-lovers would be better advised to consider something like the Jadis. But the Hegel offers superbly liner, coherent and engrossing musical playback."
