A very nice and powerful solid state amp. The amp has 150 watts per channel into 8 ohms, and 200 watts into 4 ohms. I've used it to power Magnepans, Frieds, and most recently, Rosso Fiorentino speakers. I've never felt that it was short of power! It is the more powerful brother of the B&K ST-140 that got rave reviews in the audio magazines in the 80's. I've attached a photo of one of Sam Tellig's reviews of the amp.
There are some marks on top. The top had a few spots that I painted with flat black paint.
I've successfully bought a couple of things on Audiogon, but didn't ask for feedback for them. My account on eBay, duanelc, has 100% rating on 152 transactions.
