I purchased this unit in late March 2018-I'm the second owner. It performed well for a couple months then an existing 6550 blew, taking a resistor with it. I live fairly close to ARC, so I sent it to the factory in MN for service in June 2018. While also at ARC, I purchased a set of factory KT-120's and wow, what a difference. The tech also suggested I purchase a new shipping carton so that is brand new (shipped once). I've since put about 750 hours or so on the KT-120's-so plenty of life left. All service paperwork included, as well as the manual, bias tool, and XLR jumpers. Also-the massive stock power cord has never been used-I use aftermarket.
The unit is super clean and minty-can't find a scratch on it anywhere. Rated 8 to be safe but it's easily a 9. When an item returns from ARC-It looks brand new-really.
