Rega Planar 1 - RP1 - Like New - With Upgrades - Great Starter Deck - Make an offer!

This was my first turntable in 25 years! Its got very light use since I got so inspired that I bought a trashed RP3 and made my own deck. I bought it new from Turntable Labs in late Feb 2019. The upgrades I made to the RP1 massively improved its functionality and sound. The lid has some light surface scratches (see pic)—which is how it came to me new from Turntable Labs. The lid on the RP1 is slightly less quality than the Rega lid you can buy standalone for $100 that comes on the RP2 and up—so it can be replaced at some point if such details matter to you. The plinth is perfect, no marks or scratches. 
What I put into it:   - Base RP1: $475 - Leveling feet, Michael Lim: $101 - Delrin Deepgroove Subplatter in black (the original platter ran almost 1/16" out of level, apparently that is within spec, this subplatter fixed it): $115 - Audio Technica LP Gear ATN3600DLXVL stylus (This upgrade was MASSIVE, totally transformed this deck—Google it): $80 (40 hours of play time, barely broken in.)   - 
Total: $771 

All original packaging and parts are included: Box, original subplatter, Rega Carbon stylus (40 hours). Glass platter and cork matt shown in the last image are NOT included. They are available at additional cost however, see below.
