Fro Sale is this Ortofon ST-7 step up transformer. I bought this new one year ago. It is in excellent condition-with Original box and manual. It is a 15:1 winding ratio and has 24db. of gain. The manual states that it can be used on low output moving coil cartridges with an output impedance from 2 ohms up to 60 ohms and an input impedance of 47k on your phono preamp. Ortofon designed this step up transformer to go with their Quintet series of cartridges. The current new retail price is $679.00
