This three-way JM Labs '80s high-efficiency (93 db/w/m, 8 ohms) design using Focal drivers still brings it: clarity, precise tone, taut bass and strong dynamics, mostly because this coffee brown pair has been professionally restored. Stand-mount cabinets were stripped and repainted and all drivers redone with new surrounds. 38 lbs each, 5-way binding posts. I have about $900 in them, which warrant comparison with new models up to $2k. No disappointments from a hi-fi pro/hobbyist of 50 years. Specs in pics. Stands included.
