VINTAGE AMERICAN HI-FI CIRCA 1965

This listing is for a vintage McIntosh MA230 vacuum tube stereo integrated amplifier. This unit has had serviced performed by the previous owner. One tube socket was replaced, several small capacitors and a diode are replacements, two multi section can caps are updates, the Electro Harmonix 12AU7A pair and the single 12AX7EH are newer. The JJ 7591S power output tubes are a new set just installed. Both channels are operational and sound excellent. The power lamp is good and all the controls are smooth and quiet.

Cosmetic condition is good with some signs of wear. Chrome chassis in nice shape no missing lettering or graphics. Some fading to the decals on the top panel, no nicotine contamination. Glass front panel very good with no cracks or broken pieces. The chrome end caps have some scratches. This item has been expertly double box packed with all new heavy duty ULINE packing materials.
