Ayre Acoustics AX- 5 TWENTY Recently Upgraded and in Great Shape

I am downsizing my system and am selling off all of my current gear.

This AX-5 was upgraded to "Twenty" status (basically a whole new upgraded interior and circuit redesign) about 1.5 years ago. Unit has been flawless (even before upgrade) . Stunning power and ease of sound. Anyone familiar with Ayre gear knows how well respected this piece is. This AX-5 had replaced a pair of their MXR monoblocks and it didn't miss a beat.
The inter-webs is choc full of reviews and accolades for this model.....so I will allow you to research as needed. Motivated to sell so all reasonable offers will be entertained. Low Ball offers ignored. 
One note on the remote....Ayre uses an interior sleeve that the batteries sit in and that piece slides into the end of the remote. I have had some issues with the contact not always engaging which causes the remote to not work. Opening it up and re-inserting the carrier takes care of it every time......but I mention it in the name of full disclosure. Ayre checked out the remote and found nothing wrong with it FYI. But worth mentioning. I do have the manual and it will be included in the shipping box. 
I do not have the original box . But the unit will be packed correctly in a thick and protected audio like box.
