Lovely Audio Note DAC 3.1x/II Balanced for sale. I got this about two (2) years ago from Nick Gowan at True Sound in Campbell, CA and have only used it lightly because of my health.
Inputs include RCA coax and XLR AES. Outputs include single-ended RCA’s and balanced XLR’s. The chip can support up to 18* bits and 44.1, 48, 88.2, and 96kHz signals, all of which sound glorious.
*(or 24 bits truncated to 18, still sounding really great).
Included are two (2) pairs of matched tubes for the analog section, the stock Russian tubes—which actually sound fantastic—and a pair of lightly-used (about a month) “NOS” Amperex Bugle Boys—which offer a little more midrange blossom.
