Herron VTPH-2A Phono Stage
Second Owner thus the "8" rating. Otherwise this is in excellent physical and working condition.
Tube configuration:
Two (2) EH Gold Pin 12AX7 and Three (3) 12AT7s which breakdown as:
- (2) Mazda 12AT7
- (1) NOS EI 12AT7 that Keith recommended
MM Gain: 43dB
Includes 3 sets of loading plugs: 220 ohm, 470 ohm, 47k ohm (I never used these plugs as I listened using infinite load as Keith Herron suggests)
Also includes manual, power cord, original double boxing/packing, and an extra pair of Sovtek 12AX7
The original owner had Keith convert this to a VTPH-2A upgraded from a VTPH-2 and built it into a 19" case to match his other equipment. The normal width is 17.6"
