Bel Canto Design DAC3.5VB MK2

Offering the Bel Canto Dac 3.5 VBS MKII  For Sale.  I am the second owner of this DAC which I purchased From Joseph Grado back in late 2014.  I sent the DAC to Bel Canto for Joe to be upgraded from 3.3 to the 3.5, which John Stonzcer said he installed the ultra clock and upgraded software to ver 3.5 R1.11 firmware.  I am the second owner but the unit was New and sealed in the box when I sent it back to Bel Canto to be Upgraded. I then purchased the system from Joe which included the M500 mono bloc Amps and the DAC. Joe took ill and I purchased the system from him in New condition.  Joe was having me setup this system for him for playback recordings from his Grado Signature microphone.  I was good friends with Joe for many years and did all his IT work.  The DAC has seen little use and has been packed up as I moved and downsized. I now use headphones and have a much more modest system. The DAC is based on the Burr Brown 1792 Chip which is now sought after and no longer made. The DAC has a separate power supply and a special cable included.  The sound is clean , quiet and very analog Like ! The separate power supply emulates battery operation for ultra clean power with no AC ripple.
