Rega Planar 8 w/Ania + Accessories

Up for sale is my Rega P8 with factory-fitted Ania MC. I bought it new from my dealer here in Chicago in late March 2019. I'm selling to offset the cost of a shiny new DD 'table I just purchased (and because I can't justify having two expensive turntables right now : / ) 
The 'table, dustcover, power supply, and cartridge are all in excellent condition. All original packaging and owners manual are included. My best estimate for runtime on the Ania is ~145 hours. I found it sounded best in my system loaded to about 150 ohms.   
No smoking, no pets, never touched by children or drunk people. Only clean microfiber and compressed air was ever used to remove dust.   
I am also looking to sell the accessories I bought for it, since none of them apply (or will work well for) my new DD 'table.

• Herbie's Way Excellent II Mat - 2mm x 295mm. I think the stock Rega felt is a joke, especially at this price point (but it's included in the sale) and Herbie's are my go-to mat.
• ButcherBlock Acoustics Maple 14x17x1.75 w/ threaded inserts and iso feet (looks incredible IMO and provides solid isolation)
• Rega 45 RPM adapter (didn't use it much but hey it matches)
• Mint LP Tractor (Series 9) for Rega tonearms - Only used this to verify stock alignment, but a must have IMO for any cart installs, especially if non-Rega. 

Buy it now for $2400 for the table and ALL the accessories, or make an offer for $2200 for just the table/cart.
