The preamp works and sounds great. There are plenty of reviews out there if you would like to know more about this item. This does not come with the phono board. It comes with nos Sylvania and Ken Rad tubes which were my favorite for this preamp. I am the second owner. Non smoking environment. You will notice on the pics that the first owner added some dynamat to the inside of the chassis to help deaden unwanted vibrations. I am sure it could be removed if you felt inclined to do so. It comes with original box, remote, power supply, nos tubes etc. Price is FIRM at $1200.00 USD. Thanks for your interest.
