ARCAM ALPHA 9 CD PLAYER - I bought this new circa 1999 as an Alpha 7 from Sound-By-Singer in NYC. It was my first audiophile CD player. A couple years later I had it upgraded (as i remember, for about another $900 - the 7 sold for about $700) to the Alpha 9 with the RING DAC. It served me well for years but then one day it refused to read the CD. Just spins and makes a whirling sound. So I am selling for PARTS or REFURB at a great low price. Cosmetically, it has no signs of age at all except for some fading/wear on the imprinted PLAY above the button. USA SALES ONLY. Includes Remote Control and Owners Manual.
