Reduced! Dolan PM-1 Preamp with exceptional adjustable Phono Stage and Bonuses

Price reduced!  This is a rare Dolan PM-1 preamp with phone stage. This preamp was rated Stereophile Class B and UHF magazine raved about the amazing sound from this completely adjustable phono stage. It's got 3 gain settings and front panel fully adjustable capacitor and resistor  cartridge load settings for perfect cartridge to preamp matching...this is huge! 
It was designed and built in Ottawa which is where I’m from so I ended up also acquiring some bonus material over the years that is from the factory and you may be very interested in. I have a full set of schematics, PCB stuffing layout, and a copy already hand annotated with component info. I also have an “Electrical Quality Assurance Manual”. It’s basically the service manual and tells you how to set bias and other tests. The next bonus is a set of 5 semiconductor devices I was told were rare or hard to find and which came from Dolan.

It’s in very good shape with no major scratches or flaws. I have removed the fixed power cord/grommet and 2X 2 prong AC sockets from the back and installed a cover plate with a standard filtered IEC socket. A hospital grade power cord is included. An additional set of output jacks are also installed.
The toggle switch black plastic “bayonets” for tape monitor and Mono/Stereo are jiggly/loose. The switch is tight but the flipper part, which is replaceable, is loose. The switches were like that when I bought it and they weren’t the ones I used whatsoever anyhow! The mute seems stiff, I never used it so decided not to force it. All other switches...the important ones are all solid and tight. The Alps volume control needs a clean. A full complement of Tiffany RCA jacks on the back. I decided that, since this is very possibly going to a hobbyist, I wanted to leave it more original condition, warts and all rather than trying to clean and spruce up pots and switches.
I replaced the power supply caps when I got it years ago...it's a 5 minute job, you can easily freshen it up yourself.
I have the original box and packing. It’s just been tested and still sounds fantastic. I was using it solely as a phono preamp for years. So the volume pot sat unused for over 10 years.
