This is a seldom seen for sale, Purist Audio Design Proteus Revision "B" 5ft., 15amp power cord.
It was purchased from the original owner, and is in really nice condition. Perhaps an "8+"!
This was a fluid damped model, just below the mighty Dominus in the model line up. Per PAD, even though these cables are from the 1990's, the level of fluid left. will have a minor, if any impact on their performance.
This generation of PAD fluid damped cables are STILL preferred by many veteran music lovers!
They set the stage for today's best PAD cables, just not as ultra detailed, easy listening indeed.
Of course, it is authentic. I verified this by phone with PAD.
