I attached pictures of the first email from Audioquest dated 3/2/2017 granting a "Return Merchandise Authorization#" and the second document dated 3/9/2017 authenticating the power cord. No introduction needed for this power cord so I will get straight to my ownership history and condition. I am the second owner and this is an older generation WEL signature series power cord made of the same PERFECT SURFACE SILVER conductors and the highest quality dielectric materials as the current model. Built with arguably the highest quality connector available, the Oyaide M-1 Palladium/Platinum/Copper connectors ($350each at vhaudio.com) and is outfitted with the 72V BDS pack. It is about 5-6 years old and it does show some very minor scuff marks on the connectors but it is still in excellent condition. Rating it a 7 due to age, slight wear, previous owner and because it is a demo unit. It still has the "DEMO" sleeve on it but it looks fine with it in place. I believe removing the DEMO tag would leave some residue or uneven coloration so I never removed it.
