The #308 uses the new version of Japanese Continuous Crystal Copper (called "Triple C"), referred to as Lined Array Copper
(the jacket color is deep violet).  This is the Triple C manufactured in Japan, not Taiwan.  If you know audiophile interconnects you've heard of Ohno PCOCC copper, Triple C is the next generation copper, which yields a smoother and more focused/detailed sound than the older
version. 

The copper base of the #308 eliminates the harsh, sharp nature of cables with higher resolution metals, like silver, but the nano coating gives a level of resolution not possible with ordinary copper cables.  The #308 is a prime example of Jaguar's mission to offer our clients the most cutting-edge technology and this is one of the first products on the market to use this new copper technology.
