| Is the unit used only for a 20 amp answered this on the other question. cord is fitted for a 15amp outlet. The conditioner does not pull significant power by itself so it will run on a 15 or 20 amp circuit. You would need to add a 20 amp circuit if your running very high current amps or the combined load adds up to 20amps of equipment. |
| do you need a 20 amp circuit thanks for the phone conversation. I checked this as soon as I returned and it is configured for a 110 line/plug.
I also ran it on a 15 amp outlet with various equipment and it works fine. You can with higher current amps trip a 15 amp circuit with the unit, but that is a significant load. |
