Amperex Bugle Boy ECC88/ 6DJ8 ECC88/ 6DJ8 Very Nice

Up for your consideration are 2 pairs of Amperex ECC88/ 6DJ8 pre-amplifier tubes.
All of them are made in made legendary Holand Heerlen plant before 1967.

They are among the most musically enjoyable and engaging tubes ever made, and
known for natural midrange with hugh soundstage, three dimensional imaging.
They have great dynamics including excellent bass/mid bass punch and are always musical.

These Amperex 6DJ8 tubes will be a huge upgrade for your tube equipment.
All of them are famous Bugle Boy tubes. 2 of them have Bugle Boy logo, and the other 2 are relabeled as Hewlett Packard.

Date codes: Delta 5A4 & Delta 5F3 (both were made in year 1965).
They are identical in construction.

Shorts Test: Passed

Gas Test: Passed

Matching: As you can see in the Gm values, these are well matched within 8% for all 4 sections
Listening Test: Very good noise characteristics with no ringing

Gm Test: Both tubes tested like new and closely matched
with no issues. Results are as follows:
