This is one of the best pre-amps around for the price. Wonderful sound, extremely quiet and built like a tank. Easy of the tubes still running the original ones. I'm grading it a 7 because of some rust on the top cover. It works flawlessly. I clean all connections twice a year with Craig Deoxit really don't know where the darn rust came from but may be a defect on the material 'cause the metal started loosing its color months after I bought it 5 years ago.
