Audible Illusions Modulus L1 preamp and headphone amp $750

Must break up my tubed horn system. For sale is the Audible Illusions Modulus L-1 line stage preamp and headphone amplifier. It's already a classic because of its incredible build quality and sonics. The AI has E88CC (or you can replace with 6922) tubes which are double triode types. They can be found everywhere. The gain is about 28db featuring an inverting signal phase. The main preamp has a signal-to-noise ratio of 85 dB below 1.5 volts.

Note that this is a line stage with an entirely separate headphone amplifier. The headphone amplifier is a discrete, solid-state circuit, featuring dual monolithic FETs and “ultra fast” ring-emitter transistors, fully capable of generating 7-10 watts of output. It will, in fact power, my 108 dB+ horn speakers! If you have great headphones, this is the hp amp to get. For turntables and lps, all that is required is an offboard phono preamp.

Preamp, headphone amp, power supply are all in excellent but will put 8/10 condition to be conservative. Units will be double boxed in bubble wrap. Price on the unit is $750. You can read the reviews on the internet on this unit.
