Aurum Cantus 3 SE

Offered is a pair of used Aurum Cantus monitors, model 3 SE. The speaker has a powerful mid-woofer with resounding bass and is complemented by the crisp clarity of a ribbon tweeter. The drivers are in immaculate condition and were gently broken in.

The speaker boxes are rosewood on the sides and black on the front/back, top/bottom. Unfortunately, the reflective black veneer on the top/bottom and back have encountered a number of light scratches through various moves in the years since acquired (2007).

I upgraded to a pair of Harbeth monitors which image better in my playing space and are more apartment-building and girlfriend appeasing.

Crossover Components: M-Cap Supreme MKP capacitors are used for the crossover of tweeter, Aurum Cantus MKP capacitors are used for the crossover of midwoofer. Also, high purified OFC inductors and the metal oxide film resistors with military industrial standard.
