This unit was purchased from ATI (the folks that now own B&K Components) in August, 2011 as a replacement for a customer who had their REF50 S2 stolen. ATI advertised this unit as Reference 50 S2, but it is actually the first version of a Reference 50 upgraded to an S2. I ended up letting my customer use this unit until I located an S2 for them.
This unit was new, but came with the 1 small scratch on top and several scratches on the bottom. It works well and comes with powercord, manual, AM Antenna and FM Antenna. Also included is a working B&K SR 10.1 Remote, but it has several scratches and the backlight does not work. I think the one that came with this unit got swapped with my clients old one and I have not been able to get it back.
I am rating this item as a 7 due to the scratches that will more than likely not be seen under normal circumstances.
