B&W Signature 805 in Tigers Eye w/ box, manual -- stands available

For sale: A pair of B&W Signature 805 loudspeakers in the stunningly beautiful Tigers Eye finish. I'm the original owner -- no smoke, no pets, no kids. They really are in fabulous shape -- no scratches, no dings, no problems. (There may be a scuff or three on their bottoms -- thus the 9/10 rating -- but that would be it.) These speakers are astonishingly detailed, terrifically revealing, and throw a soundstage that won't quit. Their strengths, however, will shine only in a good system -- you won't be able to hook these babies up to some cheesy receiver and expect to get anything at all like what they are capable of.
I've got the original boxes, packing materials, etc., for the speakers. I've also got the matching stands -- the FS-N805s -- which I'd sell if you are interested. The stands are in great condition but for one flaw: One of them has several pencil-line scratches on one side )and toward the back) of its post. You won't see these little scratches from your listening position, but if you look closely and from the side, you can notice them.)
The speakers themselves, though, are in absolutely fabulous condition.
New, they listed for $3,500. I'mm offering them for $2,200. The stands, I'm pretty sure, cost $650 new. As I do not have the boxes for the stands, it will cost a bit to have them safely packed for shipping, but I'm sure we can work something out if you are interested in buying the stands, too.
