BAT VK-250SE An incredible amp!

*Photos have been added* Forced to sell due to downsizing our lifestyle which includes the house. This amp includes the BAT-PAK depth charge style oil capacitors (hence the SE at the end of the model number). This amp sounds nothing like a traditional solid state amp and can drive just about any speaker effortlessly (150 watts/ 8 ohms, 300 watts/ 4 ohms). I have home auditioned the new VK-255SE (the 250 replacement) and the only difference was that the 255SE is just a little bit quieter than the 250SE. Otherwise, the sonic signatures were virtually identical. Cosmestically there are some small differences between the 250 and 255 but not enough to really stand out. This amp is the silver and black two-tone finish that you see on BAT's website. I am the original owner and I have conservately rated the condition of the amp so as not to disappoint. I was a tube guy until I heard this amp paired up with several of the BAT preamps. I currently own the VK-52SE which is also up for sale. This amp is one of the most musically engaging amps that I have heard and I've been doing this for some time. The amp will be shipped in it's original box and foam inserts (which is how BAT ships them of course). Low ballers will be politely ignored.
