I checked today the remote and it is just a battery problem. When I use the battery of my Darbee 5100 on the Darblet remote, it works fine. So it just needs a new battery.
Very effective tool to improve picture.
I was using it with my Marantz UD7007 before I got the Darbee 5100.
Comes with Original Box, Outer shipping box, Manual and the remote, but I cannot get the remote to work - which seems to be a common issue with the credit size remote.
I can control it with my Logitech universal remote though, as well, you can use the buttons on the Darbee itself.
Bought direct from DarbeeVision couple years ago.
Should you need a new OEM remote, it costs 12 USD on the Darbee website with no shipping cost.

| Has the Darbee been recently upgraded? I understand that they will do that by returning it. Also, without a compatible universal remote how would I be able to interface with it? I have a new oppo player, and a recent 4K Samsung and I am intrigued by the Darbee since Oppo makes this an available option. Thanks From what I understand they never really used that option. I do not see any difference between the Darbee Darblet and Darbee 5100. I really like what Darbee brings. That is why I am keeping the 5100. You can either use a universal remote or use the buttons on the box. I will try the original remote again today. I used it twice only. |
