California Audio Labs CL-15 Cd player

Up for sale is a fine sounding classic; the California Audio Labs CL-15 cd player. Stereophile rated this player extremely highly. The player was part of my second system and has been lying used for several years. I took it out and tested it, and it played fine. It can also be used as a DAC (it has a coaxial digital input) and has a digital volume control enabling it to be used as a preamplifier in an all digital system.

Remote control is included and works fine. Rated conservatively as a 7........

To be quite honest, the player sounds fantastic; I tested it against a renowned modern DAC (which I use in my primary system) and I could not hear a difference in 99 percent of recordings. I have the remote and manual, but no original box and will therefore be using aftermarket packing materials.

I have not sold on Audiogon prior to this but I do have extensive and steller ebay ratings (user name mparthas60) and I am also a respectable member of the Denver academic community.
