CAR Classic Audio Reproductions Project T3 TAD compression drivers

Here is an amazing pair of speakers that I picked up recently but really are too big for my apartment. I bought them from the original owner (bought in 2000). These are the T-3 versions (97db 8ohm), single woofer and binding posts with the following drivers: (TL 1602, TD 4001, ET 703). The speakers are in perfect working order with no modifications after purchase. They look very nice with a few minor nicks on the back corners and a few scratches to the black paint on bottom front where grills sat. They sound terrific and are very dynamic and lively.

These are big and heavy and I will not ship unless you prepay and have some movers (strong ones!) haul these out. I had a heck of a time getting these up the stairs with a friend and really have no intention of doing it again, though I will do my best to help. What I'm saying is, I guess: bring a friend, a good one, a strong one, one who doesn't know what he's getting into. And then buy him a beer afterward or let him do something nasty to your wife. Cash upon pick-up preferred.

Ralph (of Atma-Sphere) loves and has raved about this model and I must say they are a great match with A-S equipment.

New ones (albeit with field coil drivers) are, like, 30 million dollars.
