Cardas, Mapleshade, Herbies Various Tweaks

I was recently cleaning out my stash of audio tweaks and came across some good stuff. This would be a cheap way for someone curious about vibration isolation products to sample them, or someone who already knows about the improvements gained through these items to cheaply aquire a nice lot. I would prefer to sell the group together, though I might consider separating items. Aside from the Blu Tack, of which I sampled a 1/2"x1/2" square, these items are in near perfect condition. Most have never been used. I will list them individually, and then give the price for everything:
