Charisma MC2 Cartridge - Excellent Condition - AND ....

I purchased this Charisma cartridge from an authorized dealer in Jan 2015. An excellent well-constructed moving coil cartridge, meticulously cared for, that yields excellent detail and clarity with openness and a sense of air and separation. The stage has depth, highs are extended and quite smooth, while mid-range is impressive – images project nicely out from the speakers.

Bass frequencies are equally notable.

With all of this, personally, I find the cartridge’s transient dynamic performance at the top of its abilities. Excellent condition but giving this a rating of 8 for age.

The MC2 boasts a sapphire cantilever (rigid, yet light for a faster response) and gold plated pins, well-spaced. The Cart is no longer being used. FREE shipping in the U.S.
