I have mega rare and newer seen on Audiogon complete package of Win Labs Strain Gage set with SDT-10 MK2 and Strain Gage phono preamp in as new condition. The set has matching numbers, all papers and waranty card. The cartridge has 20-25 hours of play time- close to nothing. I have listened to few records to get the taste of fabilous Sao Win creation and confirm that he was way ahead of his time. It's hard to imagine jazz and vocal passages can be that alive.
Dead silent back ground- almost not heard before is another surprise. Forget about phono stage or transformers that brings their vision of analogue. The Win set up is the real true way from the groove to your ears.
The preamp goes directly into line stage- no other phono needed. You can use it with any preamp input and it has enough gain.
This is very rare and marvelous piece and it's one of a life time chance to get it for true audiophiles or just collectors.
