Excellent condition, unit is current with all upgrades, including the newer Teac transport. We have moved into a small home and I no longer have room for a separate audio system. One of the best CD players out there. I'll pay shipping, and Paypal fees. There has been some questions on dates for this player, Per Ayre.....This CX-7 was born in 2006, The upgrades, including the new Teac transport (laser) were installed in July of 2015. Ayre says they can support this player for a very long time. I hope that helps. Ayre says they will be glad to verify if you give them a call with the serial number 9M0325T.

| How old is the unit ? Did you use balanced or RCA connections ? Asking vs I've been told this unit works much better w/XLR.
Thx/JG Hello JG, The unit is about 7 years old, but with the new transport it got last year, it is basically a new unit. The laser is part of the transport. I've used both types of connections with the player, but primarily balanced in order to keep the signal path the same from start to finish, I would say that the XLR connection is a bit better, but it's not night and day or anything like that. It is a great player that has been well maintained and is up to date. Thanks, John |
