The Heart CD-6000 is a modified Marantz CD-6000 with a tube (6922) output stage and other enhanced features. It compared very favorably with Ah Toej that came out at the same time. I have replaced the original tubes with Amperex 6922 to produce a more natrual and warmer sound. I also installed a power outlet to allow for user PC. The RC has been misplaced as I use a universal RC. However RC functions are rather limited as the unit works best with the volume control set at maximum and I adjust the volume via the preamp. Also the headphone jack was disabled by Heart as they found that it adversely affect the sound. I am including the manual but this is the Marantz manual - there was not manual produce by Heart.
