The Heart CD-6000 is a modified Marantz CD with a tube (6922) output stage and other features. It compared very favorably with the Ah Toej which came out at the same time. I replaced the original Sovteks with Amperex PQ 6922 for a warmer and more natural sound. I am including the Marantz manual that came with the unit -- there was no specific manual from Heart. Heart disconnected the headphone jack in order to improve the sound. The RC has been misplaced as I use a universal remote. However this is not a biggie as the RC functions are rather limited - there is no power turn-on/off and Heart reommended leaving the volume contral at maximum and controlling the output via the preamp. I did replace the captured power cord with a power outlet to allow user choice of power cords BTW I post on AA as neolith.
