I bought this fantastic SACD multi-channel player after comparing it to my previous Sony's sound quality. There was no comparison. I liked it so much that I purchased a second RT-20 a few years back.
This unit is in excellent cosmetic condition.
Recently, the unit wouldn't reliably load a CD, (DVD and SACD disks loaded and played just fine). I suspected it was a weak pickup so I purchased and installed a new laser pickup for this sale. The unit now loads and plays SACD, CD, and DVD disks. It does sometimes require a reload of an SACD for some unknown reason.
I'll include the original laser pickup.
