Conrad Johnson 75A-1-original

The classic Conrad Johnson 75A-1....it's an original, no mods; I'm the original owner purchased almost 28 years ago! It had been the mainstay in my biamped system until 2 years ago, replaced by a much more expensive pair of Jadis mono blocks. The power switch is stuck in the on position; as per CJ's suggestion I've been turning it on and off with a strip's on/off switch for about 10 years. Of course it can be repaired and modded by CJ or Bill Thalmann, as well as other techs. The amp works just fine with the strip. I will include a quartet of new Svetlana 6550Cs that I purchased some years ago....maybe an hour's use just to check them out. Also a GE 5751 and a pair of Philips 6FQ7s, the plastic biasing wand (the LED pots work just fine) and a manual will be included. There is discoloration on top of the strap on one transformer, otherwise excellent condition with no dings, dents, scratches, etc. Pics will be forthcoming. Please contact me at [email protected]
